A composition that takes cue from its layered surroundings; a blue chip suburb rich in heritage and prestige, yet subtly injected with a newfound contemporary identity.
The Grosvenor Collection reflects a modern interpretation of the grand homes of the area. Every town-home is expressed as its own dwelling, yet each is connected by bold Travertine stone textures in the facade, and bronze metal accents throughout.

An undertaking of that such as The Grosvenor called for more than a collaboration; it required a coming together of the minds – a holistic partnership between Developer, Architect and Landscape Designer.
Identifying a pocket nestled amongst some of Melbourne’s most sought-after areas and cosmopolitan enclaves, innovative developers Nuterico embarked on a journey to offer a distinctive and opulent product, whilst ensuring to remain accessible and approachable to the market.
Mostaghim Architects and Hansen Partnership addressed and embraced the projects parameters, coinciding and complimenting each of the others architectural and landscape design nuances, culminating in creating a contemporary, elegant and coherent habitable environment.
